For the purpose of repealing Ordinance 87-1040, which designated certain property located at and around 5104 York Road a Planned Unit Development known as Sherwood Ford, Inc.; and providing for a special effective date.  (Councilmember Conway)

For the purpose of condemning and closing portions of certain streets and alleys bounded by W. Lafayette Avenue, N. Brice Street, W. Lanvale Street, N. Pulaski Street, Harlem Avenue, and the Land of National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) as shown on a plat numbered 316-C-6 Series for Group B prepared by Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP and filed in the Office of the Department of Transportation; and providing for a special effective date.  (Ninth District)

 

CITY COUNCIL BILL #26-0210/ SALE OF PROPERTY – CERTAIN STREETS LYING WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDED BY W. LAFAYETTE AVENUE, N. BRICE STREET, W. LANVALE STREET, N. PULASKI STREET, HARLEM AVENUE, AND THE LAND OF NATIONAL RAILROAD PASSENGER CORPORATION (AMTRAK)
For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain parcels of land known as portions of certain streets lying within the area bounded by W.
