9.    CITY COUNCIL BILL #26-0206/ ZONING – CONDITIONAL USE – PARKING LOT (PRINCIPAL USE) – 1732-1736 GORSUCH AVENUE  (Fourteenth District)
For the purpose of permitting, subject to certain conditions, the establishment, maintenance, and operation of a principal use parking lot in the R-6 Zoning District on the properties known as 1732-1736 Gorsuch Avenue (Block 4127, Lots 012 and 013), as outlined in red on the accompanying plat; and providing for a special effective date.  (Councilmember Ramos)

Recommendation:  Approve with the following conditions:
  • That the parking lot plan is subject to the requirements of the Site Plan Review Committee; and

  • That the approved plans with the approval report are attached to and made part of the approving Ordinance.
